Toasted Pecan and Cranberry Bark

Sharing this easy and delicious recipe for toasted pecan and cranberry bark. It is great to bring to a party or to give as gifts for Christmas. It only has three simple ingredients and taste so good! 


Toasted Pecan and Cranberry Bark

• Two 10 Oz packages of Ghirardelli White melting Wafers

•1 Cup Dried Cranberries

•1 Cup Toasted Pecan pieces (Place Pecans on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes .. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)

Melt chocolate according to package. Mix in Pecans and cranberries (reserve a few for garnish) with spatula. Spread a  thin layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining pecans and cranberries evenly on top, pressing them firmly into the chocolate. Refrigerate one hour. Remove and break into pieces.
