Strawberry Salad

This recipe is from one of my friends who was in our old card/scrapbooking group.
She used to bring this to our monthly get together and since then it has always been a family favorite!

The recipe is super simple and the dressing is amazing!

TIPS:

I purchase the Organic Spring mix from Aldis but you can use Romaine.

I have found that purchasing Feta cheese that is in Brine taste so much better than the pre-crumbled in the container.

When cutting the strawberries, I prefer cutting them into bite size pieces versus slicing them just to make it easier to eat.

To make the dressing I just throw everything into a Mason Jar and shake it up.

Makes storage and transport so easy!

Toast your Pecans on a sheet pan at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Allow to cool completely.
I use toasted pecans for a lot of my recipes so I toast up quite a bit at once and then Store any extra in a wide mouth Ball Jar. You can find them HERE.

Time to Dig in Y’all!

Enjoy!
