Week in Review 03.26.2021

This weekend Todd and I went biking in one of our favorite places Fernandina Beach.

About two months ago we found an amazing place on the way there that sells stone statutes as well as antiques called Island Treasures.

We have been looking for a water feature for the back porch and we found the perfect fountain there that fits right in.

Colli helped Pop move it to the back porch using his alien hands🤣. He was so proud of himself and Pop made sure to make a big deal about how strong he was.

It’s Spring Break here this week so Colli has been here quite a bit this week…He even got to spend the night with Lolli and Pop.

There’s been a whole lot of tree climbing and exploring going on. Colli discovered a caterpillar while in the tree and so I took the opportunity to teach him about butterflies and where they come from.

Jack requested a charcuterie board one night for dinner, but since we were all eating at different times, I made us each our own bowl of goodies. I tried the street corn dip from Aldi and used the bread I Purchased from a bakery in Fernandina to eat along with it…so delish! This is one of my favorite kinds of dinners…I honestly would eat it every night if I could.

We will be adding a new addition to the family next month. Our daughters cat had four of the cutest kittens ever and Jack has been hoping for one. Todd said he could have her, but only if he could name it….so naturally he chose a Scandinavian girl Name… “Beyla”.

I have been enjoying taking snippets of our week and making videos. Here is one from this week 👇
