Black Beans and Rice
This is a quick and easy meal to throw together that the family will love!
It is definitely a favorite dinner at our house.
The smoked sausage makes it, but be sure to use a really good brand such as Nettles or Uncle John’s.. It isn’t as flavorful using kielbasa. Make sure to sauté the sausage in a bit of olive oil and brown it up good.
Set everything out and let everyone throw together what they want on it.
